Overview

Chiller systems are the foundation of HVAC in large-scale commercial buildings — hotels with 200+ rooms, hospitals with multiple wards, shopping malls, and office towers all rely on central chiller plants to provide the massive and consistent cooling capacity that distributed AC systems cannot efficiently deliver. A chiller circulates chilled water throughout the building via an Air Handling Unit (AHU) and Fan Coil Unit (FCU) network, allowing precise zone control across dozens or hundreds of spaces from a single centralized plant room.
